We are an established firm of Financial Advisers, with offices in Norfolk and Suffolk. We are recruiting for our office based in Little Plumstead, Norwich.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Nick's Support Team providing administrative support to his clients. We are very interested in applications from persons wanting to complete an apprenticeship within the financial services industry. Industry experience is not essential.
You’ll get to know that we are a friendly bunch and we share the same company values, of being professional in all that we do; doing our jobs with pride and being extremely passionate about our goals!

YOUR NEW JOB:

We have listed below some of the areas that your role will entail:
Maintaining client files
Completing all office duties and general housekeeping requirements
Opening and distribution all correspondence received
Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with client queries/leads where required
Processing new business
Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of Consultants and Directors
