About The Atlas Foundation
The ATLAS Foundation was founded by Jason Leonard OBE, swiftly joined by other rugby and corporate heavyweights, to improve the lives of the poorest people on earth through the power of rugby.
We use rugby as a tool for improving children's lives because:
- it is our sport, and we have strong networks willing to help children across the world
- the values of the game create fine young people who make solid life choices
- child development structures lead into education and employment, lifting kids out of the cycle of poverty
Why choose THE ATLAS FOUNDATION?
Rugby is a powerful sport. It has one of the most respectful cultures and promotes important values such as team work and discipline. A great foundation to build on for any youngster growing up.
The ATLAS foundation supports children in some of the poorest communities in the world, and we are proud to be able to support this great charity.
